Let Loose is an event concept created by renowned chef and restaurateur Matt Maroni. It’s produced by himself along with new media artists Michael Benedict and Kenneth Zimny. It’s a living concept, meaning that it evolves with every month in its existence. Mr. Maroni rotates his menu while Michael and Ken conceptualize their media designs to bring forth an immersive experience to their patrons. As the event evolves, not only the menu, animations, and sound change, but more components will be added to create a truly unique experience for everyone involved. We thank you, everyone who’s reading this, contributing, and enjoying our product(s) for allowing us to continue on with this experiment.
